The grounds include a barn perfect for throwing a party.<\/p>\n The waterfront residence is a place to \u201cchannel your \u2018hippie cowboy\u2019,\u201d noted an old listing. <\/p>\n At the time, Kimberly had mentioned that they had not yet purchased a property, but instead planned to lease first before deciding if they wanted to buy in the Lone Star State.<\/p>\n Van Der Beek\u2019s other property moves include an investment property in Valley Village, California he purchased in 2005 for $US1.26 million ($A1.9 million). <\/p>\n The four-bedroom home features a pool, and a spacious backyard.
