Luis D\u00edaz<\/a> and Nicolas Jackson<\/a> scored in stoppage time as Bundesliga<\/a> leaders Bayern Munich<\/a> came from behind to claim a 3-1 win over plucky St. Pauli.<\/p>\n

Beaten at Arsenal<\/a> in the Champions League on Wednesday, Bayern stumbled out of the traps here and fell behind when on-loan Burnley<\/a> striker Andreas Hountondji<\/a> put St. Pauli ahead in the sixth minute.<\/p>\n

Rapha\u00ebl Guerreiro<\/a> equalised on the stroke of half-time following an inventive assist from Diaz, who then scored three minutes into injury time just as Bayern’s pursuit of a winner appeared to be in vain.<\/p>\n

Jackson then added gloss to the scoreline three minutes later as Bayern moved eight points clear at the top of the top-flight table after second-placed Leipzig drew 0-0 at Borussia Monchengladbach on Friday.<\/p>\n

It looked like Bayern would also have to settle for a point after three players struck a post, including Harry Kane<\/a>, who also saw an effort cleared off the line, once they fell behind early on.<\/p>\n

Konrad Laimer<\/a> was dispossessed deep in his own half by Mathias Pereira Lage<\/a>, whose through ball saw Hountondji shrug off Kim Min-Jae’s challenge before rifling beyond Manuel Neuer<\/a> at his near post.<\/p>\n

The composed finish was Hountondji’s only contribution as he limped off after 18 minutes, with St. Pauli then content to try to sit on their lead behind two banks of four and hit Bayern on the counter.<\/p>\n

Bayern began building some momentum and teenager Lennart Karl<\/a>, who enhanced his burgeoning reputation with a goal in Bayern’s defeat at Arsenal in midweek, saw a curling effort cannon off the post.<\/p>\n

Kane was off-target with a shot from an acute angle and Tom Bischof<\/a> saw a deflected strike clatter the goalframe before Bayern were deservedly level a minute before half-time through Guerreiro.<\/p>\n

The equaliser owed much to the quick thinking of D\u00edaz, who, having seemingly been hauled down in the area, flicked the ball when grounded back to Guerreiro and he thumped a first time effort into the net.<\/p>\n

Bayern boss Vincent Kompany reinforced his attack by sending on Michael Olise<\/a> for full-back Laimer at the start of the second half but St. Pauli were defensively resolute upon the restart.<\/p>\n

Bayern had two penalty claims waved away, while Olise put through to Kane, who bore down on goal but before the England<\/a> captain could pull the trigger, he was tackled by the covering Arkadiusz Pyrka<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kane then became the third Bayern player to be denied by a post from close range while his header from a corner moments later was cleared off the line as St. Pauli clung on in the closing stages.<\/p>\n

It seemed they would escape the Allianz Arena with a hard-earned point but D\u00edaz struck in the third minute of stoppage time when he headed home from Joshua Kimmich<\/a>‘s dipping cross into the area.<\/p>\n
