England international Ben Earl has inked a new long-term deal at PREM heavyweights Saracens as he continues his long association with his boyhood club.<\/p>\n

The 27-year-old, who shone for his country during the recent Autumn Nations Series and has locked down the number eight jersey in white, has re-committed to Sarries.<\/p>\n

Earl<\/a>\u2018s story with Saracens<\/a> began at just 14 years of age when he joined the academy while studying at Tonbridge School. His rise through the ranks was both rapid and emphatic, making his senior debut at 18 and announcing himself on the Gallagher PREM<\/a> stage by scoring a try on his first league start against Exeter Chiefs a season later.<\/p>\n

Returned with a bang<\/p>\n

Following a brief spell with Bristol Bears in 2020, Earl returned to StoneX Stadium with renewed influence and impact. His outstanding performances saw him crowned PREM Player of the Season, after playing a pivotal role in Saracens\u2019 run to the final, before helping the club lift the title with a victory over Sale in the 2022\/23 final.<\/p>\n

On the international stage, Earl has captained his country at U20 level and has now racked up close to 50 caps for England<\/a>. His consistently excellent showings were fittingly rewarded with selection for the most recent British and Irish Lions tour to Australia, where he featured off the bench in two Test matches against the Wallabies.<\/p>\n

Earl is excited to enter a new chapter in North London and cannot wait to see what comes next at Saracens.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, director of rugby Mark McCall is pleased to see a key member of the group put pen to paper on a new deal.<\/p>\n
