Marquez, though, reaffirmed his belief in Ducati going forwards.<\/p>\n
\u201cAprilia is growing a lot, KTM\u00a0 is coming better and better, Honda made a massive step from the first part of the season until now,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are in MotoGP, it\u2019s racing.<\/p>\n
\u201cAt the end, if I\u2019m in Ducati, I\u2019m in the best team and I have the best bike.\u201d<\/p>\n
At least part of Marquez\u2019s belief in Ducati is derived from his faith in Ducati Corse General Manager Gigi Dall\u2019Igna, who the Spaniard says has the perfect \u201cmentality\u201d to lead a MotoGP team.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m very thankful to the big boss, Gigi [Dall\u2019Igna] and Ducati, because in the end it\u2019s a team that gave me the opportunity to show my talent,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey showed me that they believe in me and I know that they take a very important and difficult decision for them that moved me to the factory team.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cThen, with Gigi we are working together, but his mentality is the best one to be the boss of a team because he organises everything in the correct way, he controls the situations in the correct way.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cI was in a race track and I said \u2018I messed up in this turn,\u2019 he takes me and he said \u2018You never mess up, you do better or worse, never mess up.\u2019 That sentence helps me a lot.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are riders but we are humans and of course in some race tracks we have some doubts, and the pressure is there: you are in a factory team, you are in Ducati Lenovo, you need to fight for the championship.\u201d<\/p>\n
