{"id":320819,"date":"2025-12-01T15:51:34","date_gmt":"2025-12-01T15:51:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/320819\/"},"modified":"2025-12-01T15:51:34","modified_gmt":"2025-12-01T15:51:34","slug":"cameron-norrie-is-engaged-tennis-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/320819\/","title":{"rendered":"Cameron Norrie is Engaged \u2013 Tennis Now"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>By Richard Pagliaro | Monday, December 1, 2025<br \/>Photo credit: Rob Newell\/CameraSport<\/p>\n<p>Cameron Norrie launched his offseason with life-changing experiences.<\/p>\n<p>Former world No. 8 Norrie got engaged to long-time partner Louise Jacobi\u2014and the pair celebrated their special moment on South African safari.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tennisexpress.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\" noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><img loading=\"lazy\" data-lazyloaded=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"610\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Pro-Player-Gear2.jpg\" alt=\"tennis express pro player gear\" class=\"wp-image-54540\"  data-\/><\/a>tennis express pro player gear<\/p>\n<p>The 30-year-old Norrie, who met Jacobi at the 2019 US Open shortly after his 24th birthday, shared the joyous news on Instagram.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA special moment on our trip in South Africa,\u201d Norrie posted alongside a picture of Jacobi kissing him. \u201cCheers to a beautiful life together with my best friend (Note: real engagement ring to come).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s been a solid second half of the season for Norrie, who started the season suffering first round defeats in six of his first 10 tournaments.<\/p>\n<p>Norrie turned his season around reaching the Geneva semifinals on red clay then burst into the Wimbledon quarterfinals bowing to Carlos Alcaraz.
