The project uses its narrow footprint to establish a distinct architectural identity within the surrounding concrete row houses.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.designboom.com\/tag\/facades\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">facade<\/a> introduces a curved red volume that departs from the rigid orthogonal geometry typical of adjacent buildings. Shaped as a continuous, soft-edged hand-like form, it creates a clear visual contrast while framing views between the street and interior.
