If you\u2019ve attended a major golf championship, chances are you\u2019ve seen artist Lee Wybranski\u2019s<\/a> work on display in the merchandise area. Wybranski works annually for the USGA, R&A, LPGA and PGA of America to create original collectible artwork. His first commission for the USGA was the 2008 U.S. Open at Torrey Pines. Since then, Wybranski has created posters for more than 40 majors. Wybranski\u2019s latest piece showcases the home of the 2025 Ryder Cup, Bethpage Black.<\/p>\n

Wybranski has a knack for highlighting a course\u2019s signature elements, like Merion\u2019s wicker-basket pins, Congressional\u2019s cherry blossoms, Winged Foot\u2019s iconic clubhouse and Torrey Pines\u2019 rugged cliffs \u2014 complete with hang-gliders in the background. Each piece requires roughly 35 to 50 hours of painting time.<\/p>\n

In addition to the championship posters, you can also bid on one-of-one pieces of framed course artwork from the likes of the Hay at Pebble Beach, Hamilton Farm, Bethpage Black and Sweetens Cove.
