\n\tIn one of the multiple deals closed at Ventana Sur<\/a>, Argentina\u2019s Del Toro Films<\/a> boarded Colombian horror thriller \u201cI\u2019ll Keep My Mouth Shut\u201d (\u201cNo dir\u00e9 nada\u201d) by \u00d3scar Ad\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

\n\tPresented at the VS Fantastic! Lab<\/a> by Colombia\u2019s Cinematografiando, pic is the directorial feature debut of Ad\u00e1n who co-wrote it with Mar\u00eda Adelaida Palacio Duque.<\/p>\n

\n\tIt follows two women who strike an unlikely alliance after a roadside kidnapping. Paula Casta\u00f1o (\u201cDear Gentlemen\u201d) and \u00c1ngela Rodr\u00edguez (\u201cThe Black Snake\u201d) lead a stellar Colombian cast that includes Juan Pablo Barrag\u00e1n (\u201cThe Squad\u201d), Nelson Camayo (\u201cOne Hundred Years of Solitude\u201d) and Gerardo Calero (\u201c1989\u201d).<\/p>\n

\n\tPic is produced by Diana Contento, Andr\u00e9s Tous and Mario Cubillos Pe\u00f1a of Cinematografiando, known for producing cultural events, documentaries and short films,<\/p>\n

\n\tLed by Arelis Ruiz and N\u00e9stor S\u00e1nchez Sotelo, Del Toro Films\u2019 deep experience in producing horror films is a boon for the project. It is known for it robust slate of genre films, such as \u201cOn the 3rd Day,\u201d \u201cAuxilio\u201d and \u201cThe Funeral Home,\u201d that have participated in several genre film festivals and been distributed in multiple territories.<\/p>\n

\n\tProject is closing its financing and is targeting principal photography by the second quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe co-production agreement was signed between Contento and Tous from Cinematografiando and Ruiz and S\u00e1nchez Sotelo from Del Toro Films. Further conversations are still underway with new partner Lucas Pelegrino from Brazil\u2019s LPB Content.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe project also participated in Feratum Pitch Hub in Mexico and Fantasolab in Colombia where was awarded with the Special Jury Prize for Best Project and won the mentorship of VDF Connection.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe new edition of Fantastic! Lab featured dozens of entries from across Ibero-America and beyond that included \u201cLa Huida,\u201d a Sitges<\/a> Festival winner, \u201cPeek a Boo,\u201d winner of the Fantastic! Fast Track at Pulsar Santa Fe 2025 and Belgium\u2019s \u201cVautours\u201d awarded at the Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival.<\/p>\n
