When the dust settled on the early window of games, the Tennessee Titans<\/a> had picked up a win over the Cleveland Browns<\/a>, improving the team to a 2-11 record and dropped them in the order. The New York Giants<\/a>, despite being on a bye in Week 14, moved into the projected No. 1 spot.\u00a0<\/p>\n The Titans’ victory also allowed the Las Vegas Raiders<\/a>, who fell to the Broncos<\/a> in Week 14, to move up to the projected No. 2 selection.
