Blake Lively<\/a> was spotted out and about twice on the same day in New York, as news about her \ufefftrial with Justin Baldoni<\/a> emerged.<\/p>\n

The Gossip Girl actress, 38, was seen in two different and equally stylish outfits on December 9, with one event being a pop-up for her hair brand Blake Brown Beauty.<\/p>\n

Lively appeared in high spirits as she stepped out amid reports her trial against It Ends With Us co-star Baldoni<\/a> had been postponed.<\/p>\n

Per People,<\/a> the trial was due to start on March 9 next year, but was moved to May 18 by the judge.<\/p>\n

For her first outing, Lively wore a chic white blazer over a semi-sheer feathered dress, \ufeffteaming the look with a white high-waisted belt.<\/p>\n

Attending her beauty event, she then wore a head-turning red silk dress which featured a corseted top.<\/p>\n

She accessorised with green jewels and pointed red and sparkly heels.\ufeff<\/p>\n

Lively’s strawberry blonde hair was out in curls for both appearances. \ufeff<\/p>\n

Last month, it was reported Baldoni’s $611 million ($US400 million) defamation \ufeffcountersuit against Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds had been formally ended by a federal judge in New York.<\/a><\/p>\n

US District Court Judge Lewis Liman reportedly entered a final judgement on Friday, October 31, and signed a new order in regards to the case that has made international headlines, after the suit was dismissed earlier this year.<\/p>\n

According to US reports, which cited court documents, the judgement said Baldoni, 41, and his Wayfarer Studios co-plaintiffs failed to file an amended complaint and that Liman alerted and contacted all involved that a final judgement was coming.<\/p>\n

Only Lively, 38, responded.<\/p>\n

The actress reportedly asked for legal fees to remain active and it was allowed, as well as asking the judge to enter a final judgement.<\/p>\n

It was reported Baldoni could appeal the ruling if he and his team decide to do so.<\/p>\n

Lively \ufeffsued Baldoni for alleged sexual harassment on set of the film and accused his team of a smear campaign against her. The actor denied allegations and countersued.<\/p>\n

Baldoni also sued The New York Times for $US250 million ($383 million) for libel.<\/p>\n
