For interiors, they selected four trends worth watching: FunHaus, Afrohemian Decor, Neo Deco, and Extra Celestial\u2014each pulling from wildly different references but unified by a shared rejection of neutral, beige minimalism.<\/p>\n

FunHaus\"interior<\/p>\n

Pinterest recorded a 130% increase in searches for \u201ccircus interior,\u201d 70% for \u201cvintage circus aesthetic,\u201d and 50% for \u201ccircus nursery.\u201d This trend features objects like vintage suzani textiles, tassels that don\u2019t feel twee, and architectural details that wink at the tent. Essentially, maximalism that has a sense of humor without becoming juvenile.<\/p>\n

Afrohemian Decor\"a<\/p>\n

This trend fuses boho\u2019s anything-goes spirit with African textiles and craft traditions, pulling from places like Dakar, Lagos, and Addis Ababa. Pinterest clocked a 220% surge in searches for \u201cafrobohemian home decor,\u201d plus a 130% jump for adire fabric and 210% for Berber motifs. Images show Nigerian adire cloth draped over furniture or hung as wall art, the kind of indigo-dyed textiles that used to be reserved for Yoruba royalty. Layer in handwoven baskets from Ethiopia, Berber-patterned rugs, and rattan chairs to complete the style.<\/p>\n

Neo Deco\"Elegant<\/p>\n

Art deco dragged itself out of the 1920s and into 2026, chrome intact. Neo Deco resurrects the era\u2019s geometric obsession\u2014chevrons, sunburst mirrors, fan-shaped arches\u2014but swaps the period stuffiness for something a bit sleeker and more lived-in. Pinterest saw searches climb 80% for \u201cred marble bathroom,\u201d 100% for \u201cantique bar cart,\u201d and 40% for \u201cpendant lamp.\u201d The trick is layering statement pieces that earn their keep: brass details, antique bar carts, and hand-painted accents nod to the original era. The point is for it is to be glamorous, but also a little weird.<\/p>\n

The trend leans into holographic finishes, opalescent surfaces, and sleek, almost aerodynamic silhouettes that feel futuristic.
