\t\t\t\tThe rumor mill is whirring again and now a couple more PGA Tour stars are reportedly in late-stage talks to move to LIV Golf\u2026 <\/p>\n
It looks like LIV Golf are about to make their third and fourth big-name signings of the offseason. <\/p>\n
With deals for Victor Perez joining Cleeks Golf Club<\/a> and Laurie Canter\u2019s return to Majesticks GC<\/a> \u2013 in for the relegated Frederik Kjettrup and Henrik Stenson respectively \u2013 wrapped up, the league\u2019s bosses have set their sights on filling more holes left from those finishing in this year\u2019s Drop Zone<\/a>.<\/p>\n Another of those players is Yubin Jang, who played on Kevin Na\u2019s Iron Heads GC alongside Danny Lee and Jinichiro Kozuma but ended the season 52nd out of 54 in the standings.<\/p>\n And with LIV keen to base teams around a geographical identity, it is understood that a deal \u2013 which was first reported by Tom Hobbs of Flushing It Golf<\/a> and corroborated by TG \u2013 is nearing completion with Si Woo Kim.<\/p>\n Kim has won four times on the PGA Tour \u2013 including the Players Championship in 2017 when, somewhat ironically, Louis Oosthuizen and Ian Poulter were runners-up \u2013 and played on three Presidents Cup teams.<\/p>\n The 30-year-old also made headlines at the 2023 Masters when he wore a PGA Tour-branded shirt while playing alongside Phil Mickelson.<\/p>\n The other South Korean player expected to sign for LIV Golf is Sungjae Im \u2013 a two-time PGA Tour champion who has also represented the International team on three occasions.<\/p>\n This means that, despite finishing higher than all three of his teammates in the standings having only played eight events all year, it is likely Japanese-born Kozuma will be released in order to create an all-Korean team.<\/p>\n Rumors first started swirling last month when Kim and Im applied for DP World Tour membership ahead of the 2026 season. <\/p>\n TG has reached out to LIV Golf for official comment.<\/p>\n Flushing It Golf, meanwhile, is also reporting that LIV Golf\u2019s recent trademark filings for new team names<\/a> will be used to rebrand existing teams \u2013 with Iron Heads GC expected to become Becko East GC.<\/p>\n Sources indicate that the following franchises on the LIV Golf League could be re-branding in the 2026 season:<\/p>\n Fireballs GC \u2013 Real Club de Toros GC \u2014 Flushing It (@flushingitgolf) December 9, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n \t\t\t
