Pine Creek First Nation and Treaty Two Territory have announced the return of the OGICHIDAAG 3v3 Basketball Tournament, scheduled for Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at the Minegoziibe Anishinabe School. Branded with the tagline \u201cWhere Warriors Meet the Rim,\u201d the tournament will feature both boys and girls divisions and promises a full day of fast-paced competition and community pride.<\/p>\n

The event is open to youth born in 2007\u20132008 and 2009 & younger, with a maximum of five players per team, and a cap of two M\u00e9tis import players per roster. The entry fee is $100 per team.<\/p>\n

Games will begin at 10:00 am, and prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams. Additional awards will recognize individual achievements in the categories of Top Scorer, Top Rebounder, Top Assists, and Top Defender.<\/p>\n
