Ortiz has fought MUCH better competition AND bootsy already turned down saudi money for this fight. If bootsy and Hearn try to offer anything less to Ortiz than what turki was offering him that\u2019s a clear non starter and a bit of a joke. You can\u2019t duck someone then offer them less for same fight after you fight bums and they fight top ranked fighters.
