American singer<\/a> \ufeffCamryn Magness has died at the age of 26.<\/a><\/p>\n

The sad news was confirmed in a post<\/a> on her official Instagram page, underneath a video of the late musician blowing a kiss to camera while scuba diving.<\/p>\n

The late artist reportedly toured with the likes of Cody Simpson,<\/a> One Direction and Fifth Harmony during her career.\ufeff<\/p>\n

Her mother told TMZ<\/a> she passed away after being hit while riding an electric scooter.<\/p>\n

Miami Police told the outlet there was an accident and collision with an electric mobility scooter, that was carrying two people including Camryn, and a pedestrian, and all were taken to hospital where she died.<\/p>\n

“Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the loss of our beloved Camryn, a radiant force whose voice, coy, and bright spirit touched so many,” the post read.<\/p>\n

“Whether beneath the waves or on stage, she met life with fearless energy and boundless kindness.<\/p>\n

Another added that they were “heartbroken and in shock”.\ufeff<\/p>\n

The singer was known for tracks including Glow and Now or Never.<\/p>\n

Camryn was engaged \ufeffto fianc\u00e9 Christian Name.<\/p>\n

Camyrn’s obituary spoke about her love for fiance, adding, “Together they were building dreams for a future filled with joy, partnership, and possibility; not only for themselves, but most importantly, for their fiercely loved dogs, Brooklyn and Zeppelin.”<\/p>\n

In 2012 she told CBS News<\/a> about opening for One Direction: \ufeff”It was amazing and terrifying.”<\/p>\n

She added about the boys: “They are all really sweet.”<\/p>\n

“Backstage it’s really crazy and everybody’s a little bit stressed. So I tried to keep out of everybody’s way but I did see them \u2013 mainly Harry [Styles] and Niall [Horan].”<\/p>\n
