Pictures published by the New York Post<\/a> show the pad has been given a full makeover. <\/p>\n Her listing agent, Georgia McDonald of the Power Team at Corcoran, said the home has long stood out among the neighbourhood\u2019s lofts.<\/p>\n \u201cIt remains one of the most beautifully finished loft-style homes in Soho,\u201d she told The Post.<\/p>\n The renovations were driven by Gerber herself.<\/p>\n Ms McDonald pointed to new white oak floors, a redesigned oak fireplace surround, and a completely revamped kitchen with custom cabinetry and premium appliances.<\/p>\n \u201cThe result is a cohesive, calming palette that gives the entire space a clean, gallery-like feel,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n The apartment sits on a high floor of a discreet full-service building completed in 2006.<\/p>\n A private elevator opens straight into the great room, where 11-foot (3.3 metres) ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Mercer Street. <\/p>\n The kitchen \u2014 a Bulthaup design anchored by Sub-Zero, Gaggenau and Miele appliances \u2014 opens into a dining area large enough to seat 10.<\/p>\n Pullman and Gerber have been dating for a year.
