Patrick Surtain II, CB, Broncos (21.42 mph) \u00a0<\/p>\n Top speed: 21.42 mphPlay type: 0-yard interception<\/p>\n Patrick Surtain II was named the 2024 NFL Defensive Player of the Year for a reason. He is the top cornerback in the game, and it was evidenced by the interception that he had in Week 15 against the Green Bay Packers<\/a>. Not only did he stay with wide receiver Christian Watson, Surtain II dove for the interception, making an impressive play. New England may have lost to Buffalo, but the rookie running back had another impressive performance. Jaylin Noel, WR, Texans (20.86 mph, 20.7 mph) \u00a0<\/p>\n Top speed: 20.86 mphPlay type: 69-yard kickoff return<\/p>\n The Houston Texans<\/a> drafted Jaylin Noel in the third-round of the 2025 NFL Draft. He has been used sparingly in the offense so far in his rookie season, but he has been a bright spot for Houston’s special teams.<\/p>\n In Week 15, he reached 20.86 mph on a 69-yard kickoff return in the Texans’ dominant win over the Arizona Cardinals<\/a>.
