Tottenham have been linked with numerous centre-backs so far this summer, with Jan Paul van Hecke the latest.<\/p>\n
The Dutchman has been at Brighton since 2020 and has helped establish the Seagulls as European contenders. <\/p>\n
At 25 years old, it is clear that the defender has plenty of potential and is now an international for the Netherlands. <\/p>\n
