The 911 Saint James Park Ave. locale was recently listed for sale by Wiens & Roth Real Estate of Lambertville and is well-known in the area for hosting approximately 30,000 rounds of golf annually, with plenty of local leagues.<\/p>\n

Not too long ago, a 23-year-old purchased the Crystal Lake Golf Course in Wisconsin, so it is doable for all of those reading this. The $2.5 million price tag is certainly daunting, but perhaps some wealthy benefactor or a sibling not working in journalism who owes you a good holiday gift could help you out.<\/p>\n
