The composition of the Collingwood Board for 2026 has been confirmed tonight at the Club\u2019s 2025 Annual General Meeting held in the Glasshouse at the KGM Centre.<\/p>\n
As communicated on November 21, the Club received two nominations \u2013 Paul Tuddenham and Nick Sims \u2013 for the two available Board positions. As a result, there was no Director election held at the AGM this evening.<\/p>\n
The Board unanimously endorsed and fully supported their re-election. Paul and Nick have each been recognised for their valuable contributions to the Club\u2019s recent successes and for their unwavering commitment to our future strategic direction.<\/p>\n
At tonight\u2019s AGM the Ordinary Resolution from Members reinforced the re-appointment of the two Directors.<\/p>\n
The two join President Barry Carp, Vice-Presidents Paul Licuria and Jodie Sizer, and existing Directors Gaye Morris, Ren\u00e9e Roberts and Dan Rosen on the Collingwood Board for 2026.<\/p>\n
Paul Tuddenham has served as a Director on Collingwood\u2019s Board since being elected by Members at the 2022 AGM.<\/p>\n
In addition to chairing the Club\u2019s Precinct Strategy Committee, Paul is the current President of the Collingwood Football Club Past Players and played 40 games for the Magpies between 1987 \u2013 1991.<\/p>\n
His comprehensive skill set encompasses acquisitions, facilities, design, planning, funding, marketing and project management.<\/p>\n
His father Des Tuddenham, a member of the Australian Football Hall of Fame, was a Captain of the Club and is the ruck-rover in the Collingwood Team of the Century.<\/p>\n
Nick Sims was appointed as a Director in February this year, filling a casual vacancy on the Board.<\/p>\n
In addition to chairing the Club\u2019s Finance Committee, Nick is a Global Partner of Goldman Sachs and Co-Head of Investment Banking in Australia and New Zealand. He is Chair of Goldman Sachs ANZ Diversity Leadership Group and a member of the Asia Pacific Inclusion and Diversity Council.<\/p>\n
Nick brings strong financial expertise and has played a key role in guiding the Club\u2019s financial strategy and long-term sustainability.<\/p>\n
The meeting also saw Life Memberships bestowed upon three 2023 Collingwood Premiership players and two other individuals who have left a lasting impact on the Club.\u00a0<\/p>\n
