The precinct will also feature an elevated garden terrace, Market Hall atrium, and a 35-storey tower that will house a hotel, office spaces, residences and retail spaces.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Adelaide Central Market Arcade by Woods Bagot.\" class=\"['full'] full blur-up lazyload\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/7d76cfd11e1ef0194e93b25298d273e9.jpg\" height=\"662\" width=\"728\"\/><\/p>\n<p>View gallery<\/p>\n<p>Moreau Kusunoki and Genton\u2019s latticed design for the new Powerhouse Parramatta in Western Sydney is inching towards completion, six years after the architects <a href=\"https:\/\/architectureau.com\/articles\/powerhouse-parramatta-moreau-kusunoki\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">won an international design competition<\/a>. With a landscape design led by McGregor Coxall, the project includes 18,000 square metres of exhibition space, a rooftop pavilion and an extensive interface with riverfront parkland. When it opens next year, the museum and gallery will store and exhibit cultural objects, artefacts and artworks originally from Larrakia and repatriated from other museums. The <a href=\"https:\/\/architectureau.com\/articles\/edith-cowan-university-city-campus-design\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">design for the contemporary campus<\/a>, first unveiled in 2021, features a dynamic digital facade, activated streetscapes and laneways, and an \u201cimmersive entrance\u201d that will transform the city centre. The $131 million restoration project, designed by Woods Bagot, emphasises sustainability and innovation.
