\u201cOur team knows they\u2019re never out of a game,\u201d Golden Knights coach Bruce Cassidy said. \u201cThey\u2019ve had success in that situation, so it doesn\u2019t surprise me. \u2026 It is urgency [on our part]. Our guys don\u2019t like to lose, so they\u2019re going to be a bit harder. \u201cJack hasn\u2019t missed a game this year, so this is a little bit new to us,\u201d Cassidy said. \u201cI know it\u2019s a big ask [to play center as a winger].\u201d<\/p>\n

Devils defenseman Brett Pesce<\/a> made his return after missing 24 games with a hand injury. He played 23:58 with three shots and three blocked shots.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s been killing me, to be honest, not being able to get out here with the guys,\u201d Pesce said. \u201cSuper excited about this one. We battled to the very end.\u201d<\/p>\n
