Sorry about that. Try searching for something else.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tScreen Culture and KH Studio were approached for comment. They are based in India and Georgia, respectively.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tEarlier this year, <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2025\/03\/youtube-ad-revenue-fake-movie-trailer-screen-culture-1236354143\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">YouTube suspended ads<\/a> on Screen Culture and KH Studio following a <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2025\/03\/youtube-ad-revenue-fake-movie-trailer-screen-culture-1236354143\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Deadline investigation<\/a> into fake movie trailers plaguing the platform since the rise of generative AI.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe channels later returned to monetization when they started adding \u201cfan trailer,\u201d \u201cparody\u201d and \u201cconcept trailer\u201d to their video titles. But those caveats disappeared In recent months, prompting concern in the fan-made trailer community.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tYouTube\u2019s position is that the channels\u2019 decision to revert to their previous behavior violated its spam and misleading-metadata policies. This resulted in their termination.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\t\u201cThe monster was defeated,\u201d one YouTuber told Deadline following the enforcement action.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tDeadline\u2019s investigation revealed that Screen Culture spliced together official footage with AI images to create franchise trailers that duped many YouTube viewers. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tScreen Culture founder Nikhil P. Chaudhari said his team of a dozen editors exploited YouTube\u2019s algorithm by being early with fake trailers and constantly iterating with videos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tFor example, Screen Culture had created 23 versions of a trailer for <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/the-fantastic-four-first-steps\/\" id=\"auto-tag_the-fantastic-four-first-steps\" data-tag=\"the-fantastic-four-first-steps\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Fantastic Four: First Steps<\/a> by March, some of which outranked the official trailer in YouTube search results. More recent examples include HBO\u2019s new Harry Potter series and Netflix\u2019s Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tOur <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2025\/03\/youtube-ad-revenue-fake-movie-trailer-screen-culture-1236354143\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">deep dive into fake trailers<\/a> revealed that instead of protecting copyright on these videos, a handful of Hollywood studios, including Warner Bros Discovery and Sony, secretly asked YouTube to ensure that the ad revenue from the AI-heavy videos flowed in their direction. The studios declined to comment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tDisney properties featured prominently on Screen Culture and KH Studio. The Mouse House <a data-id=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2025\/12\/disney-google-cease-and-desist-letter-1236645802\/\" data-type=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2025\/12\/disney-google-cease-and-desist-letter-1236645802\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">sent a cease-and-desist letter to Google<\/a> last week, claiming that its AI training models and services infringe on its copyrights on a \u201cmassive scale.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tWant to know more about how AI is disrupting the entertainment business?
