Another bout has been added to UFC Fight Night 266<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This one is in the women’s strawweight division, as Bruna Brasil and Ketlen Souza, two Brazilians, duke it out Feb. 7 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n

Two people with knowledge of the matchup recently informed MMA Junkie of the booking but asked to remain anonymous as the promotion has yet to make an official announcement.<\/p>\n

Brasil (11-5-1 MMA, 3-3 UFC) has alternated losses and wins since her promotional debut in early 2023. She most recently competed in August when she defeated Ming Shi in a UFC bout that headlined a Road to UFC event.<\/p>\n

Souza (15-6 MMA, 2-3 UFC) is a former Invicta FC champion. She suffered a gross knee injury in her UFC debut, but then returned to win back-to-back bouts over Marnic Mann and Yazmin Jauregui. Since then, however, she’s hit a two-fight skid with losses to Angela Hill and Piera Rodriguez.<\/p>\n
