As we get set to close out another crazy year, plenty of people are ready to say \u2018I\u2019m Out\u2019 to 2025.<\/p>\n

Rocky Ridge, the Busselton-based craft brewers with taphouses in Duncraig and Burswood, certainly agree and have decided to farewell the year with an \u201cabsolutely bonkers\u201d fruit sour.<\/p>\n

Think apricot, creamy vanilla, warming cinnamon for festive season vibes and a cheeky drizzle of maple syrup, perfect for the holidays as the year slips into the rear view.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m Out Apricot, Vanilla, Cinnamon & Maple Ice Cream Sour is brewed with RR Sustainable Base Pilsner and Rolled Oats malt, tetrahops, apricot, vanilla, cinnamon, maple syrup and lactose.<\/p>\n

It pours a pale apricot in colour, with a soft frothy head that dissipates quite quickly.<\/p>\n

The sour hits your nose immediately before the ripe apricot comes to the fore, a hint of vanilla, whisper of cinnamon and drizzle of maple syrup lurking in the background.<\/p>\n

On the palate, I\u2019m Out has a creamy mouthfeel, combining ice-cream sweetness with a tart, fruity taste. The sweet spice flavours linger, balancing the tartness that fades at the finish to give it a refreshing quality.<\/p>\n

SHOULD I SHARE IT?<\/p>\n

With an ABV of 6.1 per cent, it\u2019s perfect for sharing while kicking back and relaxing over the holidays.<\/p>\n
