South Africa<\/a> fly-half Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu<\/a> has been ruled out of Saturday\u2019s United Rugby Championship<\/a> derby against the Lions<\/a> with a groin injury.<\/p>\n

The Bok superstar is one of two changes from the backline that ran riot against La Rochelle in the Investec Champions Cup<\/a> last week, with Ruhan Nel<\/a> also out with a calf injury.<\/p>\n

Jurie Matthee will start at fly-half instead, with Wandisile Simelane<\/a> wearing 13 on his back.<\/p>\n

The pack has seen slightly more tinkering by John Dobson, with three changes from the scrum that triumphed over Ronan O\u2019Gara\u2019s outfit.<\/p>\n

Neethling Fouch\u00e9 will start once again though, bringing up his 100th appearance for the Stormers.<\/p>\n
