Fox and the Spurs pulled a 5-2 record in the tournament.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Fox led all Spurs in scoring, assists and steals in six Cup games appearances averaging 22.3 points, 7.7 assists and 2.00 steals per game. He also added 3.2 rebounds while shooting 39.5% from long distance, as well as 84.0% from the free throw line.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">\u201cSwipa\u201d led the Silver and Black to back-to-back road wins in Portland and Denver to earn a 3-1 record to win West Group C and advance to the knockout round of the NBA Cup without the help of Victor Wembanyama and Stephon Castle, the last two Rookie of the Year recipients.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">The former Sacramento King has been all smiles since joining San Antonio late last season. He only played in 17 games wih San Antonio before being sidelined by a torn tendon in his left pinky finger.
