Rona-Lee Shimon, Shiraz Tzarfati and Jared Shaw. \u201cMen like us \u2014 protectors, defenders, sentinels \u2014 you\u2019re either in the fight, or you\u2019re thinking about,\u201d Wisdom as Jed Haverford explains at one point in the trailer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe prequel is co-created by The Terminal List author Jack Carr, who is also a former Navy SEAL, and season one showrunner David DiGilio. As an espionage thriller, the series explores the darker side of warfare through the actions of muscular CIA operatives. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe first three episodes of Dark Wolf\u00a0will premiere on Aug. 27 Prime Video in over 240 countries worldwide, with new episodes to stream weekly until a Sept. 24 season finale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tDark Wolf\u00a0is executive produced by Kitsch, Pratt, DiGilio, Carr,\u00a0Antoine Fuqua, Kat Samick, Max Adams, Jared Shaw, and pilot director Frederick E.O. Toye.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe series is produced by Amazon MGM Studios, MRC and Civic Center Media.\u00a0The Terminal List\u00a0original series centered on James Reece (Pratt) after his entire platoon of Navy SEALs was ambushed during a high-stakes covert mission.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tReece returned home to his family with conflicting memories of the event and was questioned about his culpability.
