Scotland’s Hannah Darling has realised her “dream” by qualifying for the Ladies European Tour just six months after turning professional.<\/p>\n
The 22-year-old finished in a tie for fifth at the Lalla Aicha Q-School in Marrakech, Morocco, where 20 players earned their cards for the 2026 season.<\/p>\n
Darling had missed out in the earlier LPGA Q-Series.<\/p>\n
But, having been 35th at the halfway stage, she followed up a six-under-par 67 at Al Maaden Golf Marrakech on Friday with a four-under 68 in the closing round at Royal Golf Marrakech for a 13-under-par total.<\/p>\n
“Honestly, I feel so much, right – relief, happiness, just everything,” Darling told the LET website. <\/p>\n
Aged 13, Darling became the youngest-ever winner of the Scottish Girls’ Amateur Championship before going on to win the British under-16 title and represent Great Britain and Ireland three times in the Curtis Cup.<\/p>\n
“It’s been quite a year, quite a couple of months. I put a lot of hard work in and I’m just really relieved to be able to play on the LET next year,” she added.<\/p>\n
“It’s been a dream of mine for a while, so I’m very proud.
