THE Australian Grand Prix Corporation has announced upgrades to enhance the fan experience at next year\u2019s Albert Park bonanza.<\/p>\n
Most notable is the promise of a big, new overpass near Gate 1 that is anticipated to deliver smoother crowd movement.<\/p>\n
Among other additions will be the presence of the brand-new Anzac Station tram stop which is forecast to spread fans more evenly (using Gate 5), and the launch of \u2018the Clubhouse\u2019 viewing platform overlooking Turn 8.<\/p>\n
\u201cEach year we challenge ourselves to elevate the event experience, and these upgrades represent a major step forward for fans,\u201d said AGPC chief Travis Auld.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe new overpass and pontoon will make it easier to move around and see every precinct of the circuit.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur focus remains on delivering an event that is seamless, accessible and unforgettable to every fan that comes through the gates.\u201d<\/p>\n
