Napoli claimed their second piece of silverware of the calendar year with their 2-0 victory over Bologna<\/a> in the Supercoppa Italiana final on Monday evening, and have returned to Italy around \u20ac10m richer as a result.\u00a0<\/p>\n

2025 has been a year to remember for Napoli and their supporters. Antonio Conte delivered their second Scudetto in three years back in May, and finished the calendar year with another piece of silverware from the Supercoppa Italiana that has taken place in Saudi Arabia over the last week.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A clean sheet and a brace from David Neres in what has been described as a \u2018dominant and deserving\u2019 display<\/a> got the party started for the Partenopei in Riyadh.\u00a0<\/p>\n

According to reports from Calcio e Finanza<\/a>, the total prize pot for the 2025 Supercoppa Italiana amounted to \u20ac23m.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Of that \u20ac23m pot, roughly \u20ac2.4m went to both losing semi-finalists: Milan and Inter. Bologna reportedly went home around \u20ac6.7m richer.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Napoli, meanwhile, have claimed winnings in the region of \u20ac9.5m, which will rise to around \u20ac11m after playing a friendly against the winner of the Saudi Arabian Super Cup.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Of the aforementioned \u20ac23m pot, the remaining \u20ac2m will be divided around the remaining 16 Serie A clubs. <\/p>\n
