{"id":367169,"date":"2025-12-23T18:08:09","date_gmt":"2025-12-23T18:08:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/367169\/"},"modified":"2025-12-23T18:08:09","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T18:08:09","slug":"support-for-christmas-mental-health-challenges-in-jersey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/367169\/","title":{"rendered":"Support for Christmas mental health &#8216;challenges&#8217; in Jersey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Islanders struggling with mental health during Christmas have been reminded of support services available.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Jersey&#8217;s government said The Listening Lounge, which supports adults experiencing common mental health difficulties, would remain open in the lead-up to Christmas and the new year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">It said people could access support around the clock through the digital mental health platform TogetherAll or Samaritans.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">The government added anyone in need of urgent help could contact the Adult Mental Health 24-hour Crisis Team by calling 445290 while the adult Community Mental Health Team would be available from 09:00 to 17:00 GMT on Boxing Day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Islanders struggling with mental health during Christmas have been reminded of support services available.
