the switch to Motorcraft Mustang Cup Australia for its inaugural season in 2026, backed by an all-female team.<\/p>\n<p>Championing women in motorsport, Radburn\u2019s team will feature females comprising all roles, from mechanics, engineers, the truck driver and 19-year-old Radburn herself as the driver.<\/p>\n<p>Radburn\u2019s team will feature a selection of participants from Motorsport Australia\u2019s Girls on Track program, which is designed to increase female participation in motorsport.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRepresentation matters,\u201d she said. \u201cWhen girls see women succeeding in real racing environments, it changes what they believe is achievable.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis team creates tangible pathways, whether that is inspiring future drivers or encouraging careers in engineering, mechanics, media or team management within motorsport.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Radburn finished on the podium five times across her two seasons in Australian Formula 4, highlighted by fourth place championship result this year.<\/p>\n<p>Performances in the national series led to an opportunity to join the F1 Academy\u2019s first-ever rookie test at Navarra in Spain as one of 18 drivers globally selected.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cImogen and her team\u2019s entry into Motorcraft Mustang Cup Australia is a fantastic endorsement for our category,\u201d said Mustang Cup Australia series manager Liam Curkpatrick.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cImogen has proved that she is very competitive on the track and it\u2019s great to see that she has taken the initiative to not only run her own team but staff it with all females.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are really looking forward to seeing the team on track next year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Radburn will make her Mustang Cup Australia debut at Phillip Island as part of the Shannons SpeedSeries on March 27-29.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img alt=\"\"
