Last year, Max called into <a href=\"https:\/\/stereogum.com\/2290594\/max-b-announces-prison-release-date-on-joe-budden-podcast\/news\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">The Joe Budden Podcast<\/a>\u00a0to break the good news that he&#8217;d been given a release date, and that he couldn&#8217;t wait to get back into the studio when that day came. (He&#8217;d released some music while incarcerated, but prison doesn&#8217;t exactly compare to a proper studio.) Now, he&#8217;s fulfilled his promise: Max B&#8217;s new mixtape Public Domain 7: The Purge is out now.<\/p>\n<p>The seventh installment in Max&#8217;s Public Domain series is 24 songs total, and boasts features from A$AP Rocky, Kehlani, French Montana, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Chinx, Lola Brooke, and Red Cafe. He&#8217;s also already shared a &#8220;Patient Zero Deluxe&#8221; edition that includes five additional tracks, one of which is a freestyle over SZA&#8217;s &#8220;Snooze.&#8221; So far, it&#8217;s sounding good to have Max B back.
