One of the few bright spots however, has been the development of some young prospects, which includes Australians Tyrese Proctor and Luke Travers.<\/p>\n Rookie Tyrese Proctor may have had to wait until pick 49 to hear his name in this year’s draft, but he’s always made his presence felt for the Cavs this season.<\/p>\n In 22 games and one start this season he’s averaged more than five points per outing in limited minutes, and last week against Josh Giddey and the Chicago Bulls<\/a> he put up 16 points as he touched the floor for more than 26 minutes of action.<\/p>\n 2022 draftee Luke Travers hasn’t seen the floor as much as Proctor this season, featuring in just 12 games due to a competitive rotation in the Cavs’ front court, but he did have front row seats to Proctor’s show against the Bulls last week, as he did play a brief cameo off the bench, scoring four points and grabbing three rebounds himself.<\/p>\n The Cavs face the New York Knicks<\/a> on Christmas Day this year.<\/p>\n Joe Ingles\u00a0<\/p>\n Veteran Joe Ingles has seldom featured this season for the Minnesota Timberwolves<\/a>, but with a matchup this Christmas against the Denver Nuggets<\/a> that is bound to go down to the wire, the 38-year-old could hear his name called.<\/p>\n The Wolves have matched up well with Denver over the past few seasons, and will likely prove to be a great challenge for the third-seeded Nuggets.<\/p>\n
