After predominantly playing left guard and center as a rookie and sophomore in 2022 and 2023, Parham moved to right guard on a full-time basis this past campaign. It was a game changer, helping him elevate his performance.<\/p>\n<p>Pro Football Focus assigned Parham a career-best overall offensive grade of 74.3 in 2024. PFF recently wrote an article outlining the 10 most underrated offensive linemen in the league. Parham made the list!<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Memphis product has been a mainstay on Las Vegas&#8217; offensive line early in his career, with his 2,960 snaps over the past three seasons ranking 18th among guards,&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pff.com\/news\/nfl-most-underrated-offensive-linemen-2025-nfl-season\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Zolt\u00e1n Buday wrote;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Zolt\u00e1n Buday wrote<\/a>. &#8220;Parham also displayed significant improvement in his third season, emerging as one of the better guards in the NFL.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Over his first two seasons, Parham received more negative grades on run plays than positives,&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pff.com\/news\/nfl-most-underrated-offensive-linemen-2025-nfl-season\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Buday continued;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Buday continued<\/a>. &#8220;He turned things around this past season with more positive grades. His rate of negatively graded plays decreased from 14.9% to 12.7%, and his rate of positively graded plays improved from 13.2% to 15.8%. As a result, Parham earned a 75.6 PFF run-blocking grade in 2024, which ranked 13th among all guards, and a 74.3 PFF overall grade, which ranked 17th at the position.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly enough, Parham has been starting at left guard at training camp practice, per <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/MoeMoton\/status\/1950771149001887980\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Moe Moton;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Moe Moton<\/a>. That&#8217;s borderline risky, considering he thrived on the right side last season.
