Sheesh: Gervonta Davis will lose to Manny Pacquiao, according to a former world champion<\/a><\/p>\n On November 23, 2014, Chris Algieri<\/a> challenged Manny Pacquiao<\/a> for the WBO welterweight world title, and quickly found out just how good the southpaw was.<\/p>\n The American got dropped six times in a brave effort, en route to losing via unanimous decision.<\/p>\n In an episode of Boxing Scene Today, he opened up about the phenom\u2019s power, explaining: \u201cManny Pacquiao has bricks for hands. That\u2019s just him.<\/p>\n \u201cI just remember Keith Thurman saying the same thing about that, he was like, \u2018Man, this guy really can crack\u2019.<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s not like a huge puncher, he\u2019s definitely fast, but his hands are like bricks, they\u2019re just hard. <\/p>\n \u201cEverything he touches you with, you really feel, and leaves marks.
