It&#8217;s not me bro. What did I do?&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The Eagles provided a statement on the matter to The West Australian on Monday.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zerohanger.com\/afl\/teams\/west-coast-eagles\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">West Coast Eagles<\/a> are aware of an incident involving <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zerohanger.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">AFL<\/a> player <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zerohanger.com\/afl\/players\/tyler-brockman\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tyler Brockman<\/a> in Geraldton,&#8221; the statement read.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Club is providing support to Tyler while working to gather all relevant information about the incident and is unable to make any further comment at this time.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The incident occurred over a year after Brockman was fined $1400 for crashing his car and fleeing the scene in May, 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Brockman, who was charged with Careless Driving, Failing to Report an Incident in Which Property was Damaged, and Failing to Stop, was stood down by the club due to the incident.<\/p>\n<p>He would miss football that year due to the club&#8217;s sanction, playing just 10 games.<\/p>\n<p>Brockman played 20 games under coach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zerohanger.com\/afl\/coaches\/andrew-mcqualter\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Andrew McQualter<\/a> in 2025, bringing his career tally to 56 matches, having first been drafted to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zerohanger.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">AFL<\/a> by Hawthorn in 2020.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"West Coast is investigating a street brawl that is alleged to involve Eagles forward Tyler Brockman.
