Bristol director of rugby Pat Lam said Wednesday that Rees-Zammit was a better rugby player from his time in the NFL at the Kansas City Chiefs and Jacksonville Jaguars.<\/p>\n
In last week’s win over Newcastle, Rees-Zammit starred at full-back which Lam sees as his best position. Rees-Zammit played on the wing for Wales in November.<\/p>\n
“Louis is a world-class talent and someone who embodies the way we want to play at Bristol,” said Lam. <\/p>\n
“Since coming back from the NFL, he’s shown incredible professionalism and hunger to keep improving.<\/p>\n
“His speed, power and skill set are obvious, but what really stands out is his willingness to learn, adapt and deliver on the biggest stage.”<\/p>\n
Lam added: “What’s exciting is that he’s only just scratching the surface of his ability \u2013- at just 24, there\u2019s so much more to come from him.<\/p>\n
