The two fighters first collided in Sept. 2023, as France’s Cornolle (9-3 MMA, 3-2 UFC) defeated Panama’s Edwards (16-6 MMA, 7-4 UFC) by unanimous decision.<\/p>\n
Since then, Edwards has gone 3-1, including three-straight victories over Tamires Vidal, Chelsea Chandler, and Priscila Cachoeira. Meanwhile, Cornolle has gone 2-2 with wins over Melissa Mullins and Hailey Cowan. However, Cornolle enters this fight with two wins in her three most recent outings.<\/p>\n
