An AFL WAG, Chloe Pink<\/a> has been targeted by cruel online comments after trolls compared her appearance to children\u2019s character Miss Piggy.<\/p>\n

The high-profile wife of North Melbourne player Toby Pink says the remark comes just months after experiencing bullying over her wedding photos.<\/p>\n

Ms Pink revealed that her stunning wedding day was the first time she had felt \u201ctruly beautiful\u201d, until that joy came to an abrupt halt after internet trolls began body-shaming her early 2025.<\/p>\n

Chloe married her childhood sweetheart and North Melbourne player Toby Pink in a private ceremony in early March last year before the news was made public.<\/p>\n

In a radio interview with Will and Woody on KIIS FM, the influencer shared she had cried for days after receiving vile comments about her appearance until she made a deicison to reshoot her wedding photos after trolls slammed the bride.<\/p>\n

Ms Pink decided to then auction of her wedding dress to leading bullying charity, Dolly\u2019s Dream<\/a> with the updated photo shoot intended to be a positive moment for the couple.<\/p>\n

However after posting the updated images to social media, Ms Pink revealed this week on social media that she was receiving phone calls from a blocked number harassing her and calling her \u2018Miss Piggy.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018Calling me saying, hi piggy, oink oink\u2019 is harassment\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s cruel, disgusting and cowardly. If you think this is funny, you need serious help.\u201d<\/p>\n

The WAG did not shy away from addressing the bullying phone calls, calling out the unnecessary cruelty and highlighting the persistent scrutiny she faces.<\/p>\n

After followers flooded to social media in disbelief at the Miss Piggy comparison, Ms Pink took to social media again to reveal that she had reported the calls to Victoria Police.<\/p>\n

Phone calls that are found to be harassment can land offenders in prison.<\/p>\n

\u201cI see all your kind messages and I\u2019m so grateful for the support.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201ci\u2019m sorry I can\u2019t respond to everyone individually,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis was a deliberate and deeply low act. Instead of breaking me, it has lit a fire in my belly. You will never make me feel less than who I am.\u201d<\/p>\n

Supporters of the WAG flocked to social media to share support and encouragment to the couple.<\/p>\n

One user commented \u201cThere\u2019s more of us that stand with you than agains you, far and wide \ud83d\udc9e\ud83d\udc9e\u201d.<\/p>\n

Another user commented \u201cI know its hard but ignore them lovely! You\u2019re gorgeous! \ud83d\ude0d\u201d.<\/p>\n

It comes just months after the Melbourne newlyweds discussed what they feel needs to change online.<\/p>\n

\u201cToby\u2019s first point was we need to teach our children better,\u201d Chloe said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe need to educate our sons and daughters that we need to stop talking about people\u2019s bodies. Talk about what their bodies can do, not what they look like.\u201d<\/p>\n

The pair also noticed a large number of comments were coming from older generations of men who are generally excused because of their upbringing.<\/p>\n

\u201cUnfortunately, it was older men,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt sucks. It\u2019s an uncomfortable conversation.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chloe said her husband believes the solution is ultimately \u201cup to us men to call it out\u201d, while openly admitting himself that he needs to \u201cdo better\u201d.<\/p>\n
