Following her \u201csuccessful\u201d operation, Yai took to Instagram to detail the \u201csilent battle\u201d she had been experiencing \u201cfor the past year.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat started as something asymptomatic for the majority of my life turned into a lingering cough, which turned to chest pains, bouts of coughing up blood, then at times struggling to breathe,\u201d she explained, admitting that she \u201cchose to work through this.\u201d<\/p>\n
However, she quickly learned that \u201cthe universe has a way of slowing you down and waking you up.\u201d<\/p>\n

She also expressed gratitude to Dr. Harmik Soukiasian and everyone at Beverly Hills Concierge Health \u201cfor discovering [her] condition,\u201d adding a shout-out to the \u201camazing\u201d medical staff at NYU Langone Health.<\/p>\n
