Formula 1 fans remain divided on when Charles Leclerc will finally make a competitive Le Mans 24 Hours appearance, with a new RacingNews365 poll revealing contrasting expectations for the Ferrari driver’s endurance racing debut.<\/p>\n
The poll shows 33.7% of fans expect Leclerc to compete at La Sarthe in 2027, while 24.6% believe this year could mark his maiden appearance.\u00a0<\/p>\n
A further 16.9% predict 2028, whilst just 7.3% doubt the Monegasque will ever tackle the iconic motorsport event.<\/p>\n
Leclerc has been vocal about his Le Mans ambitions, recently stating: “Definitely. Actually, [I’d like to compete in it] quite a few times.\u00a0<\/p>\n
“Now I need to find a way to try and combine Formula 1 and Le Mans, because if I do something, I want to do it to try and win.”<\/p>\n
