Image: Supplied <\/p>\n<p>The Australian squad has named the Kiwi alongside Davide Rigon and Daniel Serra in its Pro Class entry for the February 13-15 event.<\/p>\n<p>Evans won the Pro-Am class with Arise at Bathurst last year before completing a full GT World Challenge Australia campaign with the team.<\/p>\n<p>He moves into the Pro entry which was shared at Bathurst in 2025 by Brazilian Serra, Chaz Mostert and Will Brown to a fourth place finish.<\/p>\n<p>Evans\u2019 Arise duties add to his Supercars co-driving role with Walkinshaw Andretti United, having lost his full-time ride with SCT Motorsport.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Bathurst 12 Hour is always a highlight, and returning with Arise Racing GT is something I\u2019m really looking forward to,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA privilege to join Daniel and Davide in the Pro car for 2026 \u2013 a very strong program, and I\u2019m keen to see what we can achieve as a group.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1016605\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Bath12Hr-25-JM1_1792.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1280\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>Jaxon Evans. Image: Supplied<\/p>\n<p>Italian Rigon, 39, will be making his first Bathurst start since 2015, when he was part of an AF Corse Ferrari campaign.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s fantastic to be back racing in Australia, to be able to race at the Bathurst 12 Hour, a spectacular competition contested on one of the most fascinating and challenging tracks in the world,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a race that puts drivers and cars alike to the test, where precise driving and the work of the whole team are essential if you want a good result.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ll be returning to Bathurst 10 years after the one time I raced it before, back in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m honoured I can do that with Arise Racing GT: I\u2019ll give it my all, together with my teammates, to stand out in a great challenge.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Arise Racing, which is the only Ferrari team entered for the event, is yet to announce its Pro-Am drivers.<\/p>\n<p>Former Arise driver Mostert has already been confirmed as <a href=\"https:\/\/speedcafe.com\/bathurst-12-hour-news-2026-chaz-mostert-stm-mercedes-craig-lowndes-cam-waters-thomas-randle-driver-line-up\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">part of Scott Taylor Motorsport\u2019s Mercedes team, replacing Craig Lowndes.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a data-bid=\"1\" data-no-instant=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/t.cfjump.com\/92797\/b\/285249\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"><br \/><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none; vertical-align: middle;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/285249.gif\" alt=\"\"\/><br \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Arise Racing returns for a second Bathurst campaign.
