Guehi reportedly prefers a move to one of Liverpool or Arsenal over Manchester City, but there\u2019s every chance the Palace standout doesn\u2019t depart his current club until the European summer. <\/p>\n
The Athletic\u2019s Sam Lee, who covers Manchester City closely, revealed the latest whispers he\u2019d heard regarding Guehi. <\/p>\n
\u201cOn Monday night, I was told by somebody who knows what\u2019s going on at City \u2014 but also I think probably Palace as well \u2014 he said he thinks Guehi wants to stay until the summer and he prefers Liverpool in any case,\u201d he said on the Let Me Talk podcast. <\/p>\n
\u201cSomebody else messaged me on Twitter, and I know he\u2019s very good on other club stuff, he was like \u2018yeah, he wants to stay until the summer, and he prefers Liverpool and Arsenal\u2019. <\/p>\n
\u201cI was like \u2018well, I haven\u2019t heard Arsenal,\u2019 but that kind of tallies what I\u2019d been told the night before.\u201d<\/p>\n
Guehi would be another huge addition for title favourites Arsenal, who spent big last summer, while the Palace star would propel a Liverpool defence which has struggled this season. <\/p>\n
It comes after the 25-year-old, whose contract expires this year, was also linked to City, with the highly-respected Fabrizio Romano recently revealing: \u201cManchester City want to sign Marc Guehi in January as talks started, initial approach made. He\u2019s on the shortlist.\u201d<\/p>\n
