The ballpark project can be used to \u201cshow players the vision of a major-league ballpark being located on the Las Vegas Strip,\u201d while the experience center based at UnCommons in southwest Las Vegas allows the A\u2019s to \u201cshow what will be included in the stadium,\u201d which is slated for completion in 2028. A\u2019s GM David Forst said that the two projects in Las Vegas, where the A\u2019s will play after two more years in Sacramento, is a \u201chuge turning point for the team.\u201d Forst: \u201cThis experience center and the site itself are the best recruiting tools we have.
