A new leak has revealed early details of the OnePlus 15R. The device is expected to launch globally in early 2026 as a more affordable offering alongside the flagship OnePlus 15.<\/p>\n

The OnePlus 13R<\/a> made its global debut in January as a more affordable option to the flagship OnePlus 13<\/a>. The successor to the OnePlus 13R is expected to be called the OnePlus 15R. This is due to the number 14 carrying a negative connotation in Chinese culture. Currently, there is no official information regarding the upcoming device. However, a new leak has surfaced online, revealing the key specifications of the OnePlus<\/a> 15R.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The leak comes from @Gadgetsdata<\/a> on the social media site X. The tipster claims the OnePlus 15R will feature a flat OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution. The main display upgrade is expected to be the jump to a 165Hz refresh rate, up from 120Hz on the previous model. The phone is tipped to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite<\/a> chipset. It is a flagship SoC that has powered phones such as the OnePlus 13<\/a>, Xiaomi 15<\/a>, and iQoo 13<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The OnePlus 15R<\/a> is tipped to feature a triple rear camera setup, including a primary, ultrawide, and telephoto lens. Another highlight of the phone is said to be a large battery<\/a> rated over 7,000mAh. Additionally, it has a 16 MP front camera for selfies. The phone has a 6,000mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging support.
