Bull F1 drivers race 100 years of Ford cars and there can only be one winner"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Red Bull F1 drivers, rookie Arvid Lindblad and the legend that is Max Verstappen, have driven in 100 years of Ford cars to determine the winner.<\/p>\n<p>Red Bull Racing is partnering with Ford for its 2026 powertrains in Formula 1, to form Red Bull Powertrains-Ford, as the American automotive giant provides financial and technical input.<\/p>\n<p>Ahead of the partnership starting, Red Bull brought Verstappen and Visa CashApp Racing Bull\u2019s Lindblad together with Ford to drive some of their greatest cars.<\/p>\n<p>These stretch back through 100 years of the Blue Oval\u2019s history, with both drivers flexing their muscles.<\/p>\n<p><a Model T are compared to modern <a href=\"https:\/\/supercarblondie.com\/cars\/supercars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\" style=\"color: #0074ff;\">supercars<\/a> and EVs like the <a href=\"https:\/\/supercarblondie.com\/ford-supertruck-dominates-goodwood-festival-of-speed-fastest-hill-climb-in-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\" style=\"color: #0074ff;\">Ford Supertruck<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Red Bull pitted <a href=\"https:\/\/supercarblondie.com\/max-verstappen-odds-on-favorite-to-win-f1-championship-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\" style=\"color: #0074ff;\">Max Verstappen<\/a> and Arvid Lindblad together for the various challenges.<\/p>\n<p><a with Verstappen choosing a 2017 Ford Fiesta WRC and the Supertruck.<\/p>\n<p>Lindblad, meanwhile, chose the <a href=\"https:\/\/supercarblondie.com\/rare-ford-mustang-boss-351-missing-key-feature\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\" style=\"color: #0074ff;\">Ford Mustang Boss<\/a> 302 and the Ford RS200 rally car.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/supercarblondie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/F1-Drivers-Race-100-Years-Of-Cars-3-36-screenshot.webp\" style=\"color: #0074ff;\" data-lightbox=\"174776\" data-title=\"Red Bull\" 2017 WRC car.<\/p>\n<p>Verstappen was mighty quick in the Supertruck too, beating Lindblad by a couple of seconds.<\/p>\n<p>A bonus round saw Linblad attempt to lap the circuit in under three minutes in the Model T.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/supercarblondie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/F1-Drivers-Race-100-Years-Of-Cars-10-40-screenshot.webp\" style=\"color: #0074ff;\" data-lightbox=\"174776\" earned two bonus points.<\/p>\n<p>Winner: Verstappen<\/p>\n<p>Cornering was up next for the Red Bull F1 drivers<\/p>\n<p>The next challenge is all about cornering.<\/p>\n<p>Verstappen chose the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fromtheroad.ford.com\/us\/en\/articles\/2026\/new-mustang-dark-horse-sc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"\" style=\"color: #0074ff;\">2026 Mustang Dark Horse SC<\/a>, the ultimate version of the Dark Horse muscle car.<\/p>\n<p>Arvid Lindblad, meanwhile, chose the iconic GT40 that took multiple wins at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.<\/p>\n<p>Verstappen won in the more modern car, but Lindblad was only a few seconds off in the GT40.<\/p>\n<p>Winner: Verstappen<\/p>\n<p>The final challenge<\/p>\n<p>The final challenge was simply a fastest lap challenge between the two, with the Dutchman choosing the Australian V8 Supercar for 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The young rookie went for the incredible <a href=\"https:\/\/supercarblondie.com\/jann-mardenborough-shows-mustang-gt3-pov-nurburgring-lap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\" style=\"color: #0074ff;\">Mustang GT3<\/a>, which raced at Le Mans in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Even better, special guest and former Red Bull F1 driver <a href=\"https:\/\/supercarblondie.com\/red-bull-f1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\" style=\"color: #0074ff;\">Daniel Ricciardo<\/a> showed up, now as a Ford ambassador.<\/p>\n<p>The laps that Lindblad and Verstappen did looked lively and fun.<\/p>\n<p>Verstappen was about three seconds off at the end, with Lindblad sneaking the win in the Mustang GT3.<\/p>\n<p>Winner: Lindblad<\/p>\n<p><a
