The Great Place to Work recognition follows McNab\u2019s employee survey results, which recorded 78 per cent voluntary participation and found that 96 per cent of employees consider McNab a great place to work, compared with 60 per cent at a typical Australian organisation.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The 2025 survey captured feedback from more than 158,000 employees across Australia, making it the most comprehensive evaluation of workplace culture in the nation\u2019s history.<\/p>\n
