\nMMA<\/a>‘s first mixed martial arts event of 2026 will feature the
\n\u20ac1 million European MMA Champions League final, which is now
\nofficial following the
\nOktagon MMA 82<\/a> weigh-ins.<\/p>\n

Competing for \u20ac1 million are middleweight champion Kerim
\nEngizek<\/a> and UFC veteran Krzysztof
\nJotko<\/a>. Both men weighed 185 pounds for the tournament finals,
\nwhich is set for three rounds and will not have Engizek’s
\nchampionship on the line. All other fighters also made weight, with
\nthe exception of Daniel
\nLigocki<\/a>, who came in a pound heavy for his tournament reserve
\nbout against David
\nZawada<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Engizek (24-4) is looking to earn the biggest payday of his career
\nat 34. The Turkish fighter is on a staggering 17-fight win streak
\nand has cruised through the tournament with wins over Kamil
\nOniszczuk<\/a>, Mick
\nStanton<\/a> and Dominik
\nHumburger<\/a>. He’ll look to wrap up the tournament and cement
\nhimself as Oktagon’s top middleweight before going back to
\ndefending his title.<\/p>\n

Looking to cause an upset is the 36-year-old Jotko (28-6, 1 NC).
\nThe American Top Team fighter is on a four-fight win streak and has
\ndefeated Ion Surdu<\/a>,
\nMarek
\nMazuch<\/a> and Hojat
\nKhajevand<\/a> in the tournament. The Polish fighter notably fought
\nin the UFC from 2013 to 2022.<\/p>\n

Oktagon MMA 82 will air live on Oktagon.TV, RTL+ and TVP Sport at 1
\np.m. ET\/10 a.m. PT.<\/p>\n
